By submitting this form, the authorized representative grants the Wayne County Convention & Visitors Bureau, together with its employees, agents, website designers, marketing agencies, contractors, vendors, and service providers—including Point of Focus Productions LLC, doing business as Purple Cow Web Design—a nonexclusive, royalty-free license to use the approved photographs on behalf of the Wayne County CVB.
This permission includes the right to:
- reproduce, publish, display, distribute, and store the approved photographs;
- crop, resize, color-correct, enhance, retouch, sharpen, optimize, and make other reasonable, non-misleading edits for layout, quality, accessibility, and presentation;
- use the photographs on the Wayne County CVB website, listing pages, social-media accounts, email marketing, visitor guides, brochures, advertisements, and other destination-marketing materials;
- provide the photographs to contractors and service providers solely as needed to create, host, maintain, or promote Wayne County CVB materials.
- This permission also includes use of the business or organization’s approved name, logo, and brand marks solely to identify and promote that business or organization in Wayne County CVB materials.
The Wayne County CVB and Purple Cow Web Design will not use the photographs as standalone stock photography for unrelated clients. Any edits will not intentionally misrepresent the business, location, people, products, services, or activities shown.
This permission is ongoing unless revoked in writing. Revocation will apply to future use after a reasonable processing period and will not require the recall, removal, or destruction of materials already printed, published, distributed, scheduled, or incorporated into completed work.
The photographs are provided without payment or other compensation unless separately agreed to in writing.
